For the Rain collection, fashion designer Yunjee Bae creates garments that are inspired by the results of weathering, with an origami twist.
The Rain collection takes on the elements of the nature such as oxygen, sunlight and wind that enable nature to change an object through oxydising, erosion and corrosion, with the vintage look as the starting point. Designer Yunjee Bae folded and bleached her linen garments to echo the aged, weathering effects.
About the Designer: Yoonjee Bae hails from Seoul, South Korea, and a recent graduate from London College of Fashion in MA Fashion Design and Technology.
