Artist and RISD alum, Lisa Nilsson produced a these jaw-droppingly gorgeous paper series called Tissue. Constructed using the traditional technique of quilling (rolling and shaping strips of paper), each piece represents anatomical cross-section of the human body, with the paper rolls indicating the muscle tissues in excruciating detail.
