Pleat Farm just turned one today, and it’s been a blessed and educational year filled with folds o’ fun and twists and turn!

Forgive me if the posts have been rather dry. Currently it’s been an attempt to focus on some life events which could possibly alter the course of my career. Pleat Farm is still dear to me and will continue on regardless of any changes in my life.

In the wake of the recent quake in Haiti, Core77 came up with a 1-hour design challenge on emergency shelters. So designers, put on your thinking cap, sketch away to a better shelter, and towards charity – Core77 will donate $500 to Architecture For Humanity’s Haiti Earthquake Support Program in the name of the winner.
